A little soup, it's been a long time ... Here's what to give sun and exotic airs to that one!
Here is a recipe of butternut squash and red lentils flavored Tikka Massala way!
- 1 butternut squash
- 200 g of red lentils soaked a few hours before, see one night
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons coffee tikka massala
- 400 ml broth
- 150 ml of coconut milk
- fresh coriander
Chop garlic and onion finely. Cut, seed and cut the butternut squash into large dice.
Heat the oil in a casserole and sweat the onion and garlic.
Then add the spices and let them heat for a minute.
Finally add the squash, lentils, broth, cover and cook for half an hour until the squash is melting.
Mix or leave in pieces if you prefer.
Add the coconut milk, salt and pepper to your liking.
Brighten the bowl with a few sprigs of chopped coriander!
