The kitchen Tandoori mix
Indian specialty, the tandoor refers to the base of an oven with vertical walls. Spicy mixture, the tandoori mixture is used in marinade or simply sprinkled on white meats to grill.
For the marinade, make long cuts on the chicken legs and cover for at least 2 hours in a yoghurt sauce with the tandoori mixture. Remove from the marinade and grill in the oven. Sprinkle with lime juice just before serving!
